ProductsWe start with the best fused silica casting, all manufactured in our plant. They are rigorously tested for porosity, thermal shock resistance, flexural strength, density, surface quality, impact strength, and thermal stability. Then they are finished with our exclusive FR-I MicroFinish process.
We ensure true running in two critical ways. Rollers are manufactured to tight specifications, meeting or exceeding our customers' specifications for TIR (Total Indicator Runout).
Then we add the patented FORDLOC End Cap System, the only end cap guaranteed in writing not to come loose. This long-life system eliminates wave distortion caused by loose end caps. If a FORDLOC end cap comes loose, we will replace the endcap free.
